The first company in the head plate industry to acquire ISO 9001 certification, Nippon Kyohan Kogyo is the pioneer in the manufacture of head plates. We have been manufacturing and processing industrial pressure vessels indispensable for living, such as various plants, food processing, chemical refinement, and storage equipment, for over 50 years since our foundation. We have been consistently committed to enhancing our unique cold working process technology, which does not impose burdens on materials, to the extreme.

A head plate is a hemispherical member and an industrial component attached to both ends of various types of industrial equipment, tanks, and pressure vessels. In Japan, only five companies manufacture head plates. We did not rest on the strength of this niche industry, and in 2012, we launched our Vietnam-based affiliate. Although the affiliate faced difficulties in the beginning, the number of employees has exceeded 100, and sales have also increased. Today, it is contributing to the industrial and economic development of Vietnam.

How to fulfill a customer’s request for pressure vessels with different orders for each project is the chance to show off my ability.
It is an essential mission to interact with customers as well as sales personnel. -
Technical work responsible for appearance/dimensional inspections and shipment of products.
I perform pre-shipment inspections of the appearances of finished products, correction of products out of tolerances, and degreasing and cleaning of stainless steel.
We are the last bastion to maintain and improve quality that can provide customer satisfaction, and deliver products on time.
