How is the selection process done?

We place importance on individual interviews because we select personnel based on their character. In addition, if specialized skills are required, we will conduct an aptitude test.

I am a foreign student. Can I make an application?

Yes, you can. There is no quota for foreign students, but we will select them in the same way as ordinary applicants.

Can I make a request for the place of work?

You can submit your request at the time of the interview, but it is not always possible to determine your assignment as you desire.

Do you make personnel changes?

Since we do not have a job rotation system, we do not always make personnel changes, but we perform job transfers, including transfers to other places, by identifying who is the right person for each post.

Is there anything I should study before joining the company?

Sales personnel need a regular driver’s license. There are no other requirements in particular, but we recommend studying various fields for the future while you are a student.

What kind of employee training do you conduct after joining the company?

Starting with new employee training, you can try various kinds of education from the menu prepared for each job type and level depending on your motivation.

Can women continue to work even after they get married or have a baby?

We want them to continue to work after marriage and childbirth, making the most of their career up to those events. We have a system in place to support employees having the will to work. In terms of systems, we have a childcare leave system and a reduced work time system for childcare. Since these systems were established, all eligible female employees have taken childcare leave.

Please tell me about paid leave.

A maximum of 10 days will be granted depending on the timing of employment in the first year of employment, and one or two days will be added every year thereafter.
