  Why did you want this job?

  I had never been aware of the manufacturing process of head plates at all, although I had seen head plates for gas tanks, tank trucks, etc. in my daily life.
  However, when I directly saw round shapes finished one after another, I felt the process was very interesting and wanted to manufacture them myself.

  Details of current work

  I am in charge of appearance/dimensional inspections and shipment of products.
  Since not all products are finished in perfect condition, I check the appearances of all products in inspections, correct products out of tolerances, and degrease and clean stainless steel.
  I assume duties so that a quality that satisfies our customers will be maintained and improved and products will be delivered on time.

  At what moments do you feel your efforts are especially valuable?

  After shipping products without any problem, I feel relieved and fulfilled at the same time.
  Furthermore, when I see finished final products in photos, I feel happy that my work is contributing to them, and it motivates me to work every day.
  I think the manufacture of products is more rewarding because my work actually remains as products.

  A moment when you realize you’ve grown

  When I joined the company, I just did what I was told to do, and I did not even have time to do or take care of anything else.
  At present, I have been trained to be able to handle all duties and assist other workers.
  I am still in the process of growing myself, but I feel that teaching new employees and technical interns will help my growth, and I want to work hard with others.
